The power of collaborative learning – results, evaluation

The results of the Erasmus+ youth project speak for themselves: a total of 28 youth workers and young people took part in the training courses and international exchange programs, and the feedback exceeded all expectations.

The numbers speak for themselves:

The average rating for the training courses was 4.58 points on a 5-point scale – significantly exceeding the 4.0 threshold. Participants highlighted the professional quality, relevance, and methodological diversity of the training courses, particularly the drama-based and coaching-based approaches.

Key results:

  • Practical testing of the Toolkit proved that the methods are flexible and effective – both in local and international contexts.
  • The professional competencies of youth workers – especially in the areas of facilitation, reflectivity, and intercultural sensitivity – improved significantly. They learned new, effective coaching, training, and drama education methods.
  • The personal and social competencies of young people (self-awareness, communication, cooperation, emotional intelligence, problem solving) have been significantly strengthened. They have learned practical methods and techniques that have made them better prepared to face difficulties.
  • The co-creative learning process promoted community thinking, trust building, and a learning culture based on partnership.
  • The long-term impact of the program is already noticeable: participants are actively incorporating what they have learned into their own community, professional, and personal lives.

As one young participant put it, “The program taught me to be brave in making decisions and that self-confidence is not a given, but a skill that can be learned.”

According to youth workers, the Toolkit functions as a “living system“—it can be expanded, adapted, and provides real support in their daily work with young people.
