The closing project meeting (TM5) was a fitting conclusion to the Erasmus+ journey, during which Hungarian and Romanian partners jointly developed, tested, and implemented the Toolkit to support the development of youth workers and young people.
At the meeting, the partners reviewed the entire project process. The feedback was clear:
– The Toolkit works. Youth workers used the drama pedagogy, coaching, and training tools independently, creatively, and adaptively.
– Young people have developed. The self-confidence, resilience, communication skills, and future planning awareness of the participants have improved significantly.
– The impact is measurable and lasting. According to the feedback, the program provided not only professional knowledge but also self-awareness and a community experience for everyone who participated.
At the TM5 meeting, the partners jointly evaluated the impact of the project and formulated the most important results:
- The final version of the toolkit has been completed and is freely available for use in future youth work.
- The network of youth workers has been strengthened, and a community has been created through shared learning.
- the development of young people has brought real, tangible results – competencies and techniques that can be used in everyday life.
At the end of the TM5 meeting, the partners agreed that this project was only the beginning: cooperation and methodological innovation will continue in everyday youth work practice.
