The first transnational management meeting of the project took place on March 7, 2025, laying the foundations for professional cooperation between the partner organizations. At the meeting, the partners reviewed the professional objectives of the project, the schedule for the training process aimed at developing the competencies of youth workers, and the main directions for the development of the Toolkit.
The team worked together to develop the structure of the training series and the directions for the development of the Youth Worker Toolkit. The atmosphere was lively, open, and creative—everything was in place for exciting, truly valuable work to begin in the coming months.
The meeting officially gave the green light to the project: an international team, common goals, and lots of new ideas—joint learning and creation can begin.
