On September 8, 2025, an online international project meeting took place, where Hungarian and Romanian partner organizations gave new impetus to their joint professional work.
The meeting focused on evaluating the results of youth worker training and preparing for the next phase of development targeting young people, during which we will test the applicability of the Toolkit in real life.
At the meeting, participants collected and analyzed the lessons learned from previous training courses, which resulted in the creation of a methodological Toolkit that supports the personal and social development of young people. The Toolkit not only contains exercises and methods, but also a new approach: how to help young people find their own way through coaching, drama pedagogy, and training tools.
At the meeting, the team focused on the next step: planning international youth exchange programs that focus on young people’s development, self-awareness, resilience, and emotional intelligence.
The clear message of the meeting was that the project has entered a new, inspiring phase. The youth workers are prepared, the tools are ready—now the focus is on the development of young people.
