The professional preparation and conceptualization of the “Masters of Life Balance” training program, completed within the framework of the Erasmus+ program, has been finalized. The project focuses on developing the professional and personal competencies of youth workers, with a particular emphasis on preparing them to support young people in dealing with the social, psychological, and existential challenges of their lives.
During the preparatory phase, a multi-component, interrelated training system was developed. This includes local modules in Hungary and Romania, which serve to provide youth workers with a professional foundation; international training, which focuses on integrating experiences and developing the Toolkit; and youth exchange programs, which provide an opportunity to test the methods in practice.
With the concept now in place, practical implementation can begin, which will contribute to the complex support of young people in the long term, with a particular focus on strengthening resilience, mental well-being, and career orientation.
