Project Goals
Supporting Youth Development
We create a supportive environment for young people aged 16-20 in their “third adolescence” – a critical period marked by the transition from education to employment, identity exploration, and vulnerability to societal pressures.
Equipping Youth Workers
We train 12 local youth workers with the necessary skills to enable peer-to-peer support strategies and serve as positive role models in their communities, enhancing their ability to bridge generational gaps.
Building Resilience
We prepare young people with the necessary skills and resilience to thrive in both personal and professional vocations, helping them overcome socio-economic barriers and develop healthy attitudes toward their future.
Sharing Knowledge
We disseminate project results to spread good practices in youth work and contribute to community development, enabling dialogue on targeted topics related to youth development between partner organizations.

Coaching basics – youth support training
The aim of the “Coaching Skills” training module is to develop the supportive attitude and communication skills of youth workers, while helping them to assist young people’s development in a more conscious and effective way.
The module is based on a coaching approach that focuses on young people’s own resources and solutions rather than on counseling. The three interrelated sub-themes — coaching basics and communication, active listening and questioning techniques, and goal setting and motivation support — provide both theoretical and practical knowledge.
Participants learn how to build trusting relationships, how to make conversations goal-oriented, and how to support young people in their independent decision-making. The module uses practical examples, interactive tasks, and self-reflection elements to help develop coaching skills, contributing to more conscious and inspiring youth work.
